- Shipped native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) apps and a Next.js web app, all on one shared backend.
- Built the Node.js and TypeScript backend with real-time chat (Socket.IO), Redis and AI features that analyze car photos and listings.
- Designed privacy-first data handling: user conversations and images are encrypted with AWS KMS, in line with KVKK.
- Built subscription and credit payments with iyzico and Apple In-App Purchase, and run the business side: growth, marketing and monetization.

- Municipality web platform (live since June 2026): designed the frontend architecture and built a citizen website and a full staff CMS with 230+ pages. The CMS runs every section of the site, from news, tenders and corporate pages to event ticketing with seat plans, box office sales and QR ticket validation, all behind role-based access control.
- Municipality mobile app for iOS and Android (live since July 2026): connected the Flutter app to live APIs to match the website.
- beyondreview.ai: built most of the backend as a full-stack developer: Google Business Profile integration for multi-account review sync, an AI review reply engine with automatic, hybrid and manual modes, Slack and WhatsApp approvals and Stripe billing. Also managed the DevOps processes (production server, CI/CD).
- HR recruitment platform with 5,000+ student applications: led the technical design and built the platform with the team, from the first release to the last.
- Indoor positioning R&D, led with a senior consultant: a BLE beacon system for staff analytics and indoor wayfinding for visually impaired people.
- Also built real-time messaging for an education platform, iyzico marketplace payments for a QR menu SaaS and the new GG Tech website.
